Packaging that gives the shelf back

Most replacements for single-use plastic fail somewhere between the lab and the loading bay. We find out where, before you commit a line to it.

How we work

Three questions, answered in order

  • Will it survive the journey?

Drop, compression, humidity and cold-chain testing against your actual route — not a standard pallet on a standard day.

  • Can anyone actually supply it?

We map who makes the material at your volume, what their lead times really are, and what happens when one of them stops.

  • What breaks on the line?

Most failures are mechanical, not material. We run trials on your filling line before the purchase order, not after.

We are independent, and it costs us money

We take no commission from material suppliers and hold no exclusive agreements. It means we occasionally tell a client their current packaging is fine and they should spend the budget elsewhere — which has ended two engagements early and won us four.
